Since 1987, BCS Dental Alloys has been an expert in the production and distribution of dental alloys in France. Our activities include: the design, manufacture and sale of alloys and non-precious metals, as well as the trading of dental supplies (discs, bars, ingots, powders, solder, flux, granules) in Titanium, Cobalt Chromium, Cobalt Nickel, PEEK, and Zirconia.

BCS offers Chrome Cobalt (Nicrallium N7) and Titanium (Nicrallium TA6V ELI Grade 23) powder for metal additive manufacturing, especially for 3D printing powder bed technologies (SLS, SLM, FDM, EBM, etc.).

We offer a range for PRIMARY welding and brazing, carried out on bridgework before the ceramic is fired, and SECONDARY welding and brazing, is carried out on bridgework after the ceramic is fired.
Brazing is suitable for all types of metal in Chrome Cobalt, Nickel Chrome in the form of rods, pellets, powder flux/paste flux and borax powder.

Advantages: Precision casting, therefore minimal machining is required. Alternative to machining prosthetic alloys (due to their hardness)
Using computer-aided manufacturing, CAD/CAM technology facilitates micromachining and 3D printing of dental prostheses, including crowns, veneers, inlays and onlays, fixed denture bridges, dental implant restorations, dental prostheses (removable or fixed) and dental braces.

Our PEEK injection solution, currently under development at BCS, is a more economical process, both in terms of machine investment and material.
For the patient and the dentist, PEEK is comfortable: resistant to chewing and wear, it is also light, respectful of the patient's dentition, non-allergic (no corrosion, no solvent), thermally or electrically non-conductive, and durable.
