NICRALLIUM® N4 ingots are made of a non-precious cobalt-based, nickel- and beryllium-free dental alloy.

  • MODELLING

Models to be cast should have a minimum thickness of 0.3 mm.

Avoid burn-out elements.

Use high-quality wax.

The use of vents is recommended when casting multiple elements.

  • INVESTMENT

Use a phosphate investment, intended for alloys of this type, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use.

Cover the models with 5mm of coating.

  • HEAT

Before placing in the oven, allow the coating to dry for about an hour.

Put the cylinder in the cold oven and heat it to a temperature of 950°C, hold for 1 hour. Increase the time by 15 minutes for each additional cylinder.
