PEEK P30 (PolyEtherEtherKetone) discs are made of a white and radiopaque, machining, implant grade dental polymer for fixed and removable prostheses.

This new thermostable semi-crystalline thermoplastic material for dental use features excellent mechanical properties. It including a modulus of elasticity comparable to that of natural cortical bone, and meets the most stringent biocompatibility requirements:

  • cytotoxicity (ISO 10993-5)
  • irritation & sensitisation (ISO 10993-10)
  • acute subchronic toxicity (ISO 10993-11)
  • genotoxicity (ISO 10993-3).

PEEK features high flexural strength and low coefficient of friction making it the ideal material for dental prostheses.
